
Tiffany Dang
Tiffany is a pragmatic litigator who advises and represents regulators, professionals, and licensed businesses in professional regulation, employment, and human rights matters. She brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to advance her clients’ interests with clarity, care, and purpose.
Before joining Glick Feinberg Stone, Tiffany practised commercial and civil litigation at a prominent Bay Street firm. She represented clients in health, employment, franchise, administrative, and regulatory disputes before various tribunals and courts, and in private mediations and arbitrations.
Tiffany earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall. She received several awards recognizing her leadership and academic excellence, including the Omatsu Scholarship from the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers and the Medico-Legal Society Prize for Disability and the Law. Throughout law school, Tiffany also worked at Parkdale Community Legal Services and West Toronto Community Legal Services to provide legal support in housing and social assistance to vulnerable clients.
Before entering the legal profession, Tiffany worked in public health and cancer research. She collaborated with health professionals and community partners in Hamilton, Ontario to mitigate the opioid crisis. Tiffany also conducted scientific research exploring the genetic origins of ovarian cancer. Tiffany’s background informs her ability to navigate complex, technical issues with precision and experience-driven insight.
Tiffany remains committed to community engagement and access to justice. She has regularly volunteered her time in support of public‑interest advocacy and serves as a guest lecturer in public health policy at McMaster University, where she shares her interdisciplinary perspective with health professionals and graduate students.
Outside of her practice, Tiffany enjoys exploring new restaurants, hiking, spending time outdoors, and settling in with a good book and a fresh cup of tea.
